Freehold
Freehold generally means indefinite ownership of the land subject to Kenyan law. It is often preferred by buyers who want long-term ownership without lease renewal uncertainty.
Leasehold
Leasehold means you hold rights for a defined period under a lease from a lessor — often the government or another entity. Confirm remaining term, renewal requirements, and any restrictions on transfer.
