How the Shamba Diaspora model works
Shamba Diaspora Project 001: 1 acre in Kilifi at 625 AED per month, for one year. File on the site. Title in your login.
The project flow
- —Open Project 001 and read the Kilifi file
- —Join the waitlist — interest, not a reserve
- —Create an account and reserve your acre
- —Pay 625 AED each month for one year
- —Follow transfer and title in the same login
Why quorum is by acreage
One buyer may take three acres, another one. The project activates when committed acreage reaches the threshold — not when an arbitrary headcount is reached.
Commitment and refund rules are defined in project terms shown before payment.
