How the Shamba Diaspora model works
Shamba Diaspora organises land acquisition as defined projects — with quorum by acreage, progressive payments, and full online visibility.
The project flow
- —Browse a verified Shamba Project and review due diligence
- —Create an account and select acreage
- —Pay a small commitment to join the project
- —Track quorum until enough acreage is committed
- —Activate agreements and pay progressively over the project period
- —Follow subdivision, transfer, and title processing in your dashboard
Why quorum is by acreage
One buyer may take three acres, another one. The project activates when committed acreage reaches the threshold — not when an arbitrary headcount is reached.
Commitment and refund rules are defined in project terms shown before payment.
