Shamba Diaspora

Guide

What happens after you complete payment

Completing your purchase price is a major milestone — but the ownership journey continues through subdivision, transfer, and title issuance.

Payment completion

Once your allocated purchase price is fully paid within the project timeline, your buyer status moves from active payment to completion processing. Your dashboard should reflect this immediately with a clear status change and receipt history.

Project reconciliation

The project reconciles all buyer allocations, confirms completed payments, and prepares for subdivision or transfer steps according to the project structure and legal agreements.

Subdivision and survey

Where applicable, survey and subdivision work allocates physical parcels matching buyer acreage. Survey documents and mutation or subdivision approvals become part of the project record.

Transfer and registration

Transfer documents are prepared, stamp duty and registration fees are processed as required, and the transfer is lodged with the lands registry. Buyers receive status updates at each stage rather than waiting for phone calls.

Title issued

When registration completes, your title is issued. Shamba Diaspora should make the final status visible in your account — including collection or delivery arrangements where applicable.

Timelines vary by project, county processes, and registry workload. Dates in your dashboard should distinguish estimated milestones from confirmed completion.
